Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Glasscontain ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including free plan users, paid subscribers, and team account members.

2. Description of the Service

Glasscontain is an AI memory layer that lets you capture, store, search, and query AI conversations from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other supported tools. We provide a Chrome extension, a web dashboard, and an AI chat interface for querying your captures.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Your content

You own the conversations and content you capture into Glasscontain. By using the Service, you grant Glasscontain a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Capture or store content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Store or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others (Team plans have proper multi-seat access)
• Use automated tools to bulk-capture content in ways that abuse our infrastructure

6. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro plans. Contact hello@glasscontain.com within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Free plan limits

The Free plan includes 25 captures per month. If you reach your limit, you will need to upgrade to Pro or wait until the next calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party platform changes (such as ChatGPT memory wipes) for conversations not yet captured in Glasscontain.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasscontain's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
